As early as possible. Once a room is reserved it's gone. Most rooms for the August intake fill between May and June.

1) Reservation fee: $3,500 MXN online today. 2) Security deposit: $5,000 MXN within 7 days. 3) First month rent before check-in. 4) Last month rent within 5 days after check-in. 5) Monthly rent on the 1st of each month.

Reservation fee: credit/debit card via Stripe. Security deposit + first month: international transfer (we recommend Wise). Monthly rent: cash. We issue a receipt for every payment.

Yes, within the first 5 days. After that it is non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay subject to room inspection.

Within 15 business days after check-out, once the room inspection confirms no damage. Returned via international transfer.

Bed + mattress + pillow, desk, chair, closet, high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps fiber), all utilities (electricity, water) and access to all common areas (rooftop, gym, shared kitchen).

Entry, Standard, Premium, Signature and The Loft (private bathroom, matrimonial bed, 28.5 m²).

A shared room means you share the bedroom with 1 or 2 other students (each person has their own bed, desk and closet). The price shown is per person.

Yes. Semester A: Jan to Jun. Semester B: Jul to Dec. Full year also available at the same monthly rate.

Within 7 days of reservation: passport copy, Tec de Monterrey CCM acceptance letter, emergency contact (name + phone + email) and a profile photo. Plus the signed contract.

AICM (Mexico City International) pickup is included in your reservation fee. AIFA (Felipe Ángeles) pickup is an add-on for $600 MXN.

Your coordinator picks you up at the airport or receives you at the door. You get a house tour, room keys, welcome kit and sign the room inventory together. Takes about 30 minutes.

Yes — every semester: welcome party, BBQ nights on the rooftop, movie nights, international dinners, weekend trips and HYROX gym challenges. All optional.

Yes. Day visitors must register at the entrance. Overnight guests: first night free, $250 MXN/night from the second night. In shared rooms, your roommate has veto rights.

Mon–Wed: activities until 10:30pm, quiet from 11pm. Thu–Sat: until 1am. Sun: until 10pm. Rooftop available 24/7 in silent mode.

Yes. 24/7 security guard on premises, CCTV at the entrance, visitor logbook and controlled access. Condesa is one of the safest and most walkable neighborhoods in Mexico City.

Our admin team is reachable via WhatsApp at all times. We also have the emergency contact of every resident's parent or guardian on file. Hospital Español is 10 minutes away.

Vibe Living is not an official Tec residence, but we are a recommended housing option for international students at Tec CCM and work closely with the International Relations office.
