Yes — you choose the exact room, not just a category. Each room has its own page with photos, floor, size and features.

Three options: Semester A (Jan 15 → Jun 15, 5 months) · Semester B (Jul 15 → Dec 15, 5 months) · Full Year (Jul 15 → Jun 15, 11 months).

1) Reservation fee $3,500 MXN — today, online with card. 2) Security deposit $7,000 MXN — within 7 days. 3) First month rent — 7 days before check-in. 4) Last month rent — within the first 5 days after check-in, in cash. 5) Monthly rent on the 1st of each month.

Yes, fully refundable within the first 5 days. After day 5 it is non-refundable.

Deposit: 100% refund until 30 days before semester start · 50% refund from 30 days before until semester start · non-refundable once the semester has started.

AICM pickup is included free. AIFA is +$600 MXN due to longer transfer (~1.5 hrs).

5 categories — Entry, Standard, Premium, Signature and The Loft. Prices from $11,000 to $25,500 MXN/month.

You share the bedroom with one other student (each has their own bed, desk and closet). Price is per bed. You can pick bed A or B, or reserve both for private use.

Within 7 days: passport copy, Tec de Monterrey acceptance letter, emergency contact and profile photo.

Day 1: airport pickup → move-in → house tour. Day 2: welcome dinner. Day 3: Condesa walking tour. Day 5: first day at Tec. Day 7: rooftop welcome party.

Mon–Wed: until 10:30pm, quiet from 11pm. Thu–Sat: until 1am. Sun: until 10pm. Rooftop available 24/7 in silent mode.

Day visitors max 3, must register. Overnight: first night free, then $250 MXN/night. In shared rooms, roommate has veto right.
